In a world built upon a foundation of conflict, the past year has been notably violent. As Crux Fidelis, the Crusaders and ruling faction of Sium, suffer heavy losses from a particularly bloody Aphelion, other factions are emboldened to take action. Despite being allies, Weltschmerz's ambitious and duplicitous nature sees them taking bigger risks which threaten to break their alliance. All the while, Apocrypha continues to gain public sympathy and support while the Black Sun Cabal and Poena Damni continue to wreak havoc. As Sium races towards yet another conflict, it’s evident that a war lurks on the horizon.

◆ Has a black tail with a puffy end, sharpened canines and slightly elongated ears. His left arm is also always covered in bandages from the elbow down to hide Faust.

◆ Owner of Felix, a twin-tailed Demon Cat familiar who is pretty much his partner in crime. He has another, larger form.

◆ Has a large number of tribal tattoos spanning from his neck to the right side of his torso and arm. Every single marking was put on his skin as a way of marking a victory - as was the bandit way. And Zeke had a lot of those.

◆ When he left the bandits, Ylissa gave him a pocket watch as a parting gift - this item is very dear to him and he always keeps it on his person.

Too big to be considered a simple sword, not large enough to be classified as a greatsword, Fuse is a powerful two-handed weapon gifted to Zeke by Ylissa when he was still a kid. Ever since then Zeke has used his own technological prowess to highly customize it with a motorcycle-like gear shift which, when pulled, sprays a high-octane propellant across the blade and opponent. This effectively allows Zeke to supercharge the weapon by rapidly revving the injector, making his swings vastly more powerful.

Alternatively, the weapon can be charged by storing kinetic energy within its core to be able to release a large explosion with the next swing by pushing the gear shift outwards. The more energy is stored, the larger the resulting explosion. This can be visibly observed via the blade of the sword heating up and, at maximum, turning a violently searing red the more energy is collected.

Zeke's left arm, as it has been possessed by a demon's soul, now possesses muscle and bone features that are a stark contrast to what regular humans look like, such as the elbow end becomes longer and more curved (almost bladed), the forearm having a segmented, clawed streak style to each side of the appendage and many deep indigo-grey oval-shaped streaks marked on another side with many thin cartilages crossing in between them. It has a blue unnaturally glowing streak which goes between the forearm's own streaks and underneath the entire palm and claws. Said claws have been enhanced to the point where they can very literally cut through space itself, essentially increasing Zeke's effective combat range and making him able to damage targets that would otherwise be immune to physical damage.

This arm grants Zeke a vast array of abilities. The most notable, and the one he uses the most, is summoning a larger, spectral arm. This arm can do feats of supernatural strength such as moving and throwing objects much larger than him, as well as pulling objects closer to himself, or him towards them instead. Faust itself is highly durable which, when combined with its strength, makes it very useful for blocking attacks as it can even block a Bellicosa without sustaining too much damage.

An off-shot ability of Faust seems to be the 'rejection' of anything demonic, almost as though the arm is a paradoxical existence in and of itself. Zeke can completely nullify (or weaken, depending on the power of it) anything demonic Faust comes into contact with. Alternatively, he can redirect it either away from his person entirely or back at his enemy.
◆ Enhanced Condition: as a part of Zeke has been possessed by the soul of a powerful demon, his entire body has been affected as a result. Zeke now possesses superhuman qualities such as greatly increased strength, speed, stamina and durability. His senses have also sharpened a great deal, making him able to see over great distances, distinguish scents that a normal nose would be unable to, and literally feel the presences and shifts in his surroundings, making him extremely aware of nearly everything around him. Together with this comes a regenerative healing factor that can keep Zeke alive through otherwise lethal injuries which now heal in a matter of minutes.

◆ Ingenuity: while not an ability in and of itself, Zeke's resourcefulness is nothing to make light of. His supernatural awareness and reaction times coupled with his sharp mind and the arsenal of explosives he carries on his person make him an elusive, unpredictable and deadly threat to deal with.

◆ Master Combatant: beneath all the tricks, the laughs and the bombs, however, Zeke is a terrifying swordsman. Having been trained by Ylissa, a vast array of fighting styles have been drilled into him ever since he was a kid. He can employ a large arsenal of weapons in a fight, but personally prefers swords and hand-to-hand combat. His fighting style has been described as blindingly fast, wild and carefree, yet at the same time extremely precise, elegant, and lethal.

◆ Zeke is best described as a little crazy. He takes massive pride in his wits as an engineer, however while he can easily repair or build just about anything he is just as likely to make it explode for the hell of it. The bulk of his tinkering consists of making things detonate to satisfy his pyromania. He sees himself as the conductor of an explosive orchestra every time he goes to work, and he can be rather perfectionistic in the way he approaches his craft, getting irritated at the smallest of mishaps.

◆ He is also extremely resourceful and a survivalist at heart, able to make the best out of any given situation with minimal resources - the result of his upbringing as a bandit.

◆ Has an unwavering sense of respect and loyalty for Ylissa, someone he considers closest to any type of parent figure he's ever had. However because of this very reason Zeke can't stand the idea of being with her crew for longer than he has to be. Fuck bandit chores.
The only thing Zeke can really remember prior to 'waking up' was a flash of blue. The splash of blood. A torrent of screams echoing in the dark sacrificial chamber where he was supposed to lose his life before he had the chance to even experience it. But something had gone horribly wrong. The ritual was interrupted and utter chaos ensued. The next thing Zeke knew he woke up on the side of a beaten up road, no idea where in the world he was, nor what his arm had turned into.

It was then that he was picked up by Ylissa Velleius as a child of no more than six or seven. He didn't even know his age. The bandit leader, having felt some kind of sympathy for the stranded child, took Zeke into her bandit gang. They took care of him, fed him, gave him a roof to sleep under, but never let him slack off. More often than not he had to fend for himself, fight for what was his, and always earn his keep. They did not need dead weight, and if Zeke wasn't useful he would've been discarded just as easily as he was found.

Zeke never disappointed. He grew with every day, both his strength and his wits. He learned basic engineering from the other bandits - a skill which he further cultivated beyond anyone's wildest dreams - and he eventually was taught how to fight by Ylissa herself when the woman saw his potential. Zeke had soon become her right hand - someone she could trust to do things no one else could. But, more than that, Zeke himself had begun seeing Ylissa as something of a mother figure as well, coining the term 'Bandit Mom' which everyone had begun calling her as.

But as he grew, Zeke's interest gradually became insatiable by everyday bandit life. He wanted more. Needed more. The world was there for him to explore, so why did he have to keep himself caged in a very microscopic part of it? When he eventually turned eighteen, Zeke, with the blessing of Ylissa (though she'd never admit it) set out into the world, hungry to learn and experience anything and everything he could.
