Practice of SeditionIn a world built upon a foundation of conflict, the past year has been notably violent. As Crux Fidelis, the Crusaders and ruling faction of Sium, suffer heavy losses from a particularly bloody Aphelion, other factions are emboldened to take action. Despite being allies, Weltschmerz's ambitious and duplicitous nature sees them taking bigger risks which threaten to break their alliance. All the while, Apocrypha continues to gain public sympathy and support while the Black Sun Cabal and Poena Damni continue to wreak havoc. As Sium races towards yet another conflict, it’s evident that a war lurks on the horizon.

Ciel - Elsword
The only weapons he uses are his astonishingly, fabulous good looks.
As an Incubus, a demon with a sexual affinity, it's no surprise he can manipulate the way people 'perceive' sensations. To put it simply, by manipulating 'waves' and 'orbs' of magic, or through touch, he can manipulate what people 'feel'. From causing people to experience the highest amount of pleasure possible to lowering them into the pits of pain, Nero's manipulation of 'sensation' is actually quite skilled. He can even go so far as to change how people perceive certain things - he can make being hit 'feel' good, and he can make things that would otherwise be pleasurable quite painful.
Due to the fact he's Incubus, Nero has a constant magical 'veil' around him that makes him more attractive than he naturally is. This pretty much allows him to avoid fighting, so long as it's not a monster or the sort, by allowing him to sweet-talk and flirt his way out of conflicts. Its effectiveness naturally depends on the person's sexuality (it'd be less effective on a lesbian or a heterosexual guy).
As much as he hates it, Nero can manipulate his hair to fight. It's surprisingly durable, and when he fashions it into 'weapons' his hair adopts the properties of that weapon. From being able to cut like a blade or carry the blunt force of a hammer, his hair is quite versatile. He hates using this ability though because he loves his hair and the thought of it getting damaged during a fight actually appalls him.
As a Demon, he's physically superior to most humans and stuff. He can also heal faster than your average demon.
As far as Nero is concerned, he's the best thing since sliced bread. He's really full of himself - he doesn't care much about 'power' or anything like that, he just knows - and wants others to know - he is absolutely fabulous. And because he's so fabulous, he deserves to be treated better than the rest of the suboptimal peons that surround him. He doesn't really care about fighting because he considers himself above it, but when he does fight you can expect him to be snarky as hell. The truth is he'd much rather just lay around and bask in his own fabulousness.
Given his mentality, it should be no surprise Nero is lazy. As far as he's concerned, he shouldn't have to do anything. People should be happy to serve him - it's an honor, really. Someone as fabulous as him shouldn't have to actually do anything - he's a work of art and should be gazed upon and pampered. Physical labor is, to put it simply, beneath him which reinforces his lazy demeanor.
Nero, through his narcissism, is exceedingly confident. More confident than he probably should be, but he is nonetheless. His confidence doesn't really extend to fighting, but rather how he interacts with people. He will never stutter or shy away from others, as his fabulousness should very much be shared with the world - even if they may not deserve it.
Nero can be quite irritable and bitchy, in all honesty. The fact of the matter is, when everything is considered, he's a massive diva. He is very prone to throwing bitchfits when he's not being placated, and his hatred of doing physical work usually leaves him in a sour mood whenever he has to actually do stuff.
His only real interests are his looks, to be honest. He's always making sure his hair is in pristine shape and that he's wearing the best clothes. And his nails have to always be done. When he sees other people wearing clothes that could be viewed as more fashionable than his, he can become surprisingly competitive. It's one of the few times he'll actually... Want to do stuff. Aside from shopping and eating the best food.
Nero doesn't remember much of how or when he was born. There's a chance he's lived for quite a long time, but he doesn't really acknowledged anything prior to the first time he was exposed to exotic and fancy clothing. At that moment, it could be argued his life began.
Since then, he's been going from place to place using his Incubus-nature to seduce people into buying him fancy clothes. But, with the Sins raising Hell throughout Sium, people have begun to take a heightened hatred and fear of demons. As such, Nero was put in an awkward position - he was obviously a demon, and people wanted to kill demons.
But all he wanted to do was use humans for their money so he could buy fabulous clothes.
A true conundrum indeed. One that found him joining Apocrypha for the sole sake of finding a human who would be his slave and work so he could afford to maintain his luxurious wardrobe. And also fawn over him because he loves it when people shower him with adoration and flattery.
